2. Research Use Only — Important Disclaimer

All peptides and research chemicals sold by PeptideLab are:

• Intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific study
• Not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human consumption
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Not to be used on humans or animals
• To be handled only by qualified researchers in appropriate laboratory settings

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing these products solely for legitimate research purposes and that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from PeptideLab. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You also confirm that the purchase and receipt of our products is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by PeptideLab.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed via the methods specified in your order confirmation email (Crypto USDT TRC20 or Bank Transfer).
• Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed.
• Do not send payment before receiving official payment instructions from us.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via FedEx from China to the United States.
• Estimated delivery time is 25–35 business days from the date of dispatch.
• A flat shipping fee of $50 USD applies to all orders unless a valid discount code is applied.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
• PeptideLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring the receipt of products is legal in their jurisdiction.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, we have a strict no-return policy once products have been shipped. However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon arrival (photographic evidence required)
• The wrong product was shipped
• The product was lost in transit and cannot be located after investigation

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing peptidelabusa@proton.me with your order details and supporting evidence.

7. Product Quality & Purity

PeptideLab is committed to providing the highest quality research peptides. All products are:

• Synthesized by GMP-compliant laboratories
• Tested by independent third-party laboratories via HPLC and mass spectrometry
• Supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming purity levels

While we strive for the highest standards, results from research use are not guaranteed and may vary based on storage, handling, and experimental conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PeptideLab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or misuse of our products
• Any human or animal consumption of our research products
• Shipping delays or customs seizures
• Any actions taken based on information provided on our website

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
